Welcome! We are glad that you are interested in working for RyNo Detasseling this summer. When we say we're the best in the area, we are not kidding. We are constantly seeking to improve the overall efficiency of our crew while maintaining very high expectations for both our workers and ourselves.

You are more than likely interested in working for our crew because someone who has worked for us before told you about us. We do not advertise. You will not find an ad in the Courier for workers like many other crews.

If you decide to work for us it will be one of the best decisions you'll make. That does not mean detasseling is easy or that we won't expect a lot from you because we will. Our work day starts at 6 am which means you will need to be up by 4:30 am if not earlier. We push hard through the morning holding off break as long as we can. We also understand that ten to twelve hour days although necessary sometimes is not the way to manage a crew. We typically average about 7 hour days, some shorter and some longer.
